Disappointing

For a paid app I was expecting a lot more. Ive found much better fitness and nutrition apps for free. I did like the set up & it was very user friendly, but light on content. The workouts and meals included were good, but there is not enough variety for the recommended program length and no option to add your own.

Stopped working

The app was good until it stopped working the third time i used it.

Disgruntled buyer

I just bought this app and it is crap. I was so excited looking through it right after I got it. It looks like it would be awesome if it would unfreeze. It has been frozen for at least an hour. I have tried re starting the app, my phone, and it is STILL FROZEN. Needs MAJOR work. In addition to that, when I touch to get app support it takes me to some random health website! I want my $1.99 back. Like yesterday.

Horrible!

Wish I had seen the one review it had. This app is useless! Dont waste your money.

Room for improvement

I bought the LBN book, and I bought this app because it has a summary of the meals and workouts in it, so you dont have to carry the book with you to the gym, kitchen, etc. I would not recommend buying this app unless you own the book. The app itself is a little buggy, but I believe this is the first version of it so hopefully they are working on it! A weight progress tracker would be a useful addition to this app in future editions.

Hit and miss. Mostly miss since it crashed.

It was good until it crashed and now, it wont open. Choppy and buggy. Without the LBN, book, I can see why someone would think its not very useful. If you have the book, however, its helpful with tracking your meals and workouts. Many of the "tips" are straight out the book and could be more useful. For example, regarding ordering drinks at HH, I know margaritas are high in calories, tell me instead exactly what I should order. There is no option for adding a mid morning snack, which is kind of strange or for specifying a "do anything" workout. I agree that a way to track weight would be useful as well. Unfortunately, Im not sure its useful at all since I will have to reinstall the app and will lose all the progress already logged. I really hope Womens Health gets it together on this app.

Could be better

Would be perfect if there was video or more detailed instructions on the workout moves. Hard to tell what to do with just the pictures.

Not what I hoped for

Online descriptions of this app say you can customize your diet and workout plan, so I bought it because I wanted to incorporate my GF diet and time in the gym. You can not customize. It gives you a daily menu that you can find in any health magazine. The workouts are body weight resistance types and theres no easing in...40 deep squats on day 1 to start. Also, no rest days. Its a good plan overall but not customized at all. Disappointed.
