It was good until it crashed and now, it wont open. Choppy and buggy.
Without the LBN, book, I can see why someone would think its not very useful. If you have the book, however, its helpful with tracking your meals and workouts. Many of the "tips" are straight out the book and could be more useful. For example, regarding ordering drinks at HH, I know margaritas are high in calories, tell me instead exactly what I should order. There is no option for adding a mid morning snack, which is kind of strange or for specifying a "do anything" workout. I agree that a way to track weight would be useful as well.
Unfortunately, Im not sure its useful at all since I will have to reinstall the app and will lose all the progress already logged. I really hope Womens Health gets it together on this app.
